Meals booked, if not consumed, will not be refunded.
Payment methods accepted at the hotel: cash (within the legal limits), bank transfer, debit card (Maestro and PagoBancomat), credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.
- From 6 to 3 days before arrival: 30% penalty. The deposit will be retained by the hotel.
- From 2 to 0 days prior to arrival and in the event of a no-show: 90% penalty.
